EPOTY welcomes MPB as Associate Partner

We are extremely pleased to welcome MPB as an associate partner on the Environmental Photographer of the Year 2023 competition!

MPB is the largest global platform to buy, sell and trade used photo and video kit. They are the simple, safe and circular way to trade, upgrade and get paid for kit. You can trust that any kit you want to pass on will not go to waste, as MPB pledges that 100% of packaging is free of plastics – plus it is set up with a 100% circular business model. So far they’ve served more than 625,000 visual storytellers and in the last year, they have recirculated more than 485,000 cameras, lenses and accessories. MPB is trusted by thousands of visual storytellers worldwide, which makes their platform perfect for creating work that you can submit to us! To find out more about MPB, you can visit mpb.com.

As part of their partnership with EPOTY, MPB also sponsors the Vision of the Future competition category. If you have inspiring and thought-provoking interpretations of our future environment, this is the category under which to submit them. We’re looking for photos that tell a compelling narrative to educate, spread hope, or inspire action. Artistic and creative representations are encouraged.

Rachel Thompson (VP, Sustainability) commented on the news: “Sustainability and the environment are core to MPB’s own purposeful mission so we are proud to be supporting EPOTY for the first time. Visual storytelling is a powerful force which can bring awareness to the critical environmental issues facing our planet. EPOTY provides a global platform for both amateur and professional photographers to tell these important stories, reinforcing the urgent need for action and helping to inspire change.”

You can find out more about MPB on their website.
